Food for all
The convening of a World Food Summit by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has the great merit of highlighting how acute and complex the problem is in order to put it back at the very core of our development and cooperation policies. This publication gives an overview of the key elements linked to the issue of food insecurity and maps out approaches in the framework of the national development policies of the countries concerned, where the issue can best be tackled, and of the cooperation policies carried out by donors to underpin those policies.
